This work discusses the key salvation vocabulary of the New Testament, showing that the vocabulary currently used in Protestantism was the gift of Roman Catholicism to the Reformation through the reformers. While the reformers properly rejected much of Roman Catholicism, they kept their salvation vocabulary, infecting the whole of Protestantism, no exceptions. The KJV and Douay Version are essentially the same on major salvation terminology(See chart page 76). Protestantism, as Catholicism, translates propitiation instead of Atonement; justify instead of make righteous; forgive sin instead of remove sin, etc. These issues are thoroughly discussed, affirmed.
